LUNCH: 1pm

SUPPER: 4pm
Toffee 100 calories
440 calories left
Not an intentional meal break. I had to go into the CAO and they had chunks of toffee hnn. I had three tiny pieces. I successfully avoided their cheesecake thanks to it being espresso-flavored but I give myself a 100 calorie penalty anyway. I assume that's more than enough.

DINNER: 6pm
Chicken alfredo bake 250 calories
Green beans 60 calories
130 calories left
