Calorie Rundown: Day 16

2/1 - Wednesday - Day 16


BREAKFAST: 7am

SECOND BREAKFAST: 10am

LUNCH: 1pm

Okay, so, they had leftovers from last night's city council dinner. I ate part of a slice of meatloaf and a slice of corn bread. Then I picked at the meal I brought, decided I didn't like it, ate like two spoonfuls of yogurt, and then threw it all out. Overall, I'm confident I didn't eat too much over my "allotted" amount, but I still gave myself a big buffer in case that corn bread was lethal caloriewise.

DINNER: 6pm
Salmon avocado sushi (6) 304 calories
Tuna sushi (3) 92 calories
Tuna nigiri (2) 100 calories
304 calories left
Not great, sushi twice in three days, but it's good caloriewise and Li had just gotten potentially three jobs, so, to celebrate...

A friend had had a root canal and came over asking us if we could order something with her so she wouldn't have to cook while heavily drugged. We hid the remnants of our sushi and agreed, to be good friends. I regret everything and accept my failure at life.
