Okay, I have been guilted into going to get a flu shot. This was an excellent article, sob.
Monday, 1/14
Breakfast, Fiber One bar, 140 calories. Brookside chocolate-covered fruit, 200 calories.
Lunch, Healthy Choice zesty Italian lunch, 280 calories.
Dinner, Omaha Steaks burger on a Martin's roll. 440 calories. Ginger ale, 140 calories.
Snacking, like 140 calories of Saltines. sob.
Not counted: Avocado spread on the burger; broccoli with the burger. So that's 1340 calories, which isn't bad. Sob.
Exercise: no
Tuesday, 1/15
Breakfast, Lean Pockets, egg cheese sausage. 270 calories.
Lunch, Fiber One bar, 140 calories; mini Spaghettios, 220 calories.
Dinner, Chinese food: five spare ribs, a tiny bit of steamed rice, an eggroll.
No snacking.
Pretty well, I think, takeout considered!

Breakfast, apple sauce, hard-boiled egg, Baybel light cheese. 170 calories.
Lunch, Entenmann's chocolate chip muffins. 180 calories. Lifestyle foods chicken and cheese, 170 calories. Dannon vanilla Greek yogurt, 110 calories. 460 calories together.
Dinner, hot dog!! 370 calories. Plus some green beans.
Then I have plenty of calories leftover to ignore the guilt-free ice cream that I earned with all my hard work slash flu shot getting. Baskin Robbins does a buy one sundae, get one free on Wednesdays, it turns out.
