Kaze thinks it's adorbs that Hinoka and Sakura write letters to each other about things they could very easily discuss in person. This support is Kaze being the mailman for a series of letters about a nondescript problem Sakura is having that Hinoka gives her nondescript advice with. Kaze feels like a loser because he couldn't help Sakura, and Hinoka chides him for moping about it when he gave her good feedback that helped her solve the problem.
