Saizo is angry at Rinkah for telling her troops to retreat in the last battle, because they were too exhausted to continue. Rinkah tells him that he's too angry to be thinking about the potential for lost lives -- which is a big deal in the Flame Tribe because there are so few of them. Saving even a single life is worth it. Saizo flatly declares this cowardice and takes off, but she was right about his temper, and when he cools off he realizes that she made the right choice. They exchange brief stories about their families and then agree to be sparring partners. 4/5


To S! They both feel alive and happy after beating each other to a pulp. Adrenaline junkies, man. She says, "Do you ever think about us? Together?" He has. There's some really genuine dialogue that I would believe and then it takes a wild turn into "WE WERE MEANT FOR EACH OTHER" "I AM READY TO BE YOUR LIFE PARTNER NOW" and dude, that's a long way from proposing adrenaline afterglow sex to destined soulmates.
