Mac Amusement: AKA, Spam

My bosses want me to order two iMac G5s, the 20" with iSight included, but these are brand new and very shiny and so sought-after the Apple store near us has given up on waiting lists. I am responsible for calling them every day to nag them if they have any we can pick up or if they can call us when some get in.

You know you are a successful nag when despite all their policies, you call them and repeat your request and they go, "You wouldn't happen to be from the B F Skinner Foundation, would you? Yeah, I have on my PowerBook that we should call you the moment we get the 20" in stock."

Kind of not related, but kind of yes. How does one perform the function "Print Screen" on a Mac? I have never known this and it's driving me crazy.
