Faxes are the devil. No one should use them ever.

Meghan got THREE PHONE MESSAGES from the people who DIDN'T get the signed contract I faxed back to them on Wednesday of last week. She DIDN'T CALL ME, just left NOTES ON MY DESK, which was helpful, because I haven't been IN TO WORK since LAST THURSDAY.

The contract was the payment for catering for a banquet being held today in California.

I'm going to kill someone if this can't be salvaged, and it's definitely going to be either Meghan or myself.

Fax machines are by far the most antiquated pieces of crap that still exist in offices everywhere only to frustrate people who are normally more than competent with hardware/software. I hate the fax machine. I mean, which way does the writing go, c'mon!!

They're so ridiculous. Scanning is only about twenty times more convenient. And the godawful sounds... You know, at least three times a day, usually five minutes apart, someone tries to fax something to our office's phone line.

Due to common sense on the part of the hotel, it looks like I still have a job. :P
