Tales of the Abyss play

Playing Tales of the Abyss before Valkyrie Profile 2 or finishing Okami because I'm a heathen.

I'm not anywhere yet, distracted by Burning Crusade, but yeah, I could go for some Guy/Luke. I really like most of the cast, except for Jade, who can choke on a stick and die, along with any Jade/Luke slash I'm sure is out there. I'm okay with Tear so far but don't really like her, so I can't wait for her three-dimensionality to kick in. (Right now I'm more interested in meeting this evil Natalia creature that Luke is engaged to.)

Anise is adorable. ♥ And Ion is a girl.

Hee. As much as I liked Valkyrie Profile 2, I've found myself unable to unsuck myself from Tales of the Abyss.

It's nice to find someone else that isn't all, "OMFG Jade!!1" He gets better as the game goes on, but eh. :/

I typically dislike that kind of character. The cool, smooth, so-much-smarter-than-you, voiced-by-Koyasu-Takehito, amazingly competent jackass. (Lezard is disqualified from this because he's also unrepentantly immorally cacklingly EVIL and we enjoy that as much as he is.) So yeah, you won't hear me cheering for Jade unless he does a total personality 360.

I like Luke. ♥
