I have no idea -- I guess someone who makes his first appearance in the new movie, POTC: At World's End, because that's what this "line" of toys is for.

I honestly don't know. XD Disney has finally discovered the power of chibi... and immediately crashes and burns it.

Yup! Sao Feng is a Chinese pirate in the last movie. He's going to be played by Chow Yun-Fat. *&hearts Chow Yun-Fat*
