I have no idea -- I guess someone who makes his first appearance in the new movie, POTC: At World's End, because that's what this "line" of toys is for.

I honestly don't know. XD Disney has finally discovered the power of chibi... and immediately crashes and burns it.

You'd think they'd start with something benign like one of the animated movies. But no. They go straight to the scary pirates. Did you notice how wet and grimey everything was in the second movie?

Yeah, that just doesn't make me think "chibi merchandising line!" but apparently someone at Disney did. XD
