Even the BREEZE was warm today

Oh god, New England, I love you. Sunday there was a blizzard that put two feet of snow on the ground in white-out conditions for the entire day.

It has been a mild and pleasant fifty degrees for half of this week. People strip out of their winter clothes and walk around jacketless in the middle of February. I seriously considered not taking the bus home and walking, or perhaps getting an ice cream and just sitting outside.

Then reality intruded and I realized that I have things to do if I'm going home to New York for a visit with maladaptive tomorrow, so I came straight home.

But it's so gorgeous outside.

I know that everyone on my friendslist who is cool will enjoy this bit of flaming between Joss Whedon and Warren Ellis for supreme dominion over their geekly armies. Oh yes, sirs. It's real. Read and enjoy.

This is why it's BETTER to be a geek than a normal person. Our celebrities are much more awesome. You can bet "TomKat" never engaged in such shenanigans, bantering snarkily back and forth and finally ending with finding passion in one another's manly arms.
