Pointless = the point

+ theeternalmind will win forever for her answer to the question of how Jade reacts to having a double: 'Oh dear. Am I going to have to kill myself?' Excellent use of canon A+.


+ I've taken to playing internet radio at work; it helps me find new music. Unfortunately, then I also get angry at musicians. Stop using "Shorty" to refer to women of your acquaintance!! As far as affectionate nicknames go, I am very quickly coming to despise this one as I hear it like in four songs in like an hour and a half, and frankly, it wasn't that great a nickname to begin with.


+ Buttercup Festival makes me happy. It's as simple as that. The last two comics haven't been especially amusing or entertaining (although the first two of the new "season" were) (okay, maybe not to you, but you don't "get it" okay?!) but they're always -- beautiful, poignant, nostalgic. I look at them and I think that the world is an okay place after all, even when work is sucking.

Someday when I feel crazy, I'll dump all my awesome fandom icons and just make a hundred Buttercup Festival icons. See if I don't.

I'm not kidding, you guys. Two minutes ago I was so mad I thought I would cry right here at my desk.
