Mixed messages?! A week of strangeness!

libekory having a nearly completely sucky birthday -- saved only by improv strawberry shortcake and the love of a few crazy people from Marina who are amazing -- I'm having a pretty okay week. Today is Earth Day (?) and both Baskin Robbins and Chipotle are having ridiculous deals, so I'm thinking of getting in on that.
Playing a lot of WoW since there was some drama in my tiny guild, as related bymaladaptive, who were so desperate for a tank they brought in a creeper, so I obviously needed to be leveling my bear druid some more. I'm awesome though -- she went up like four levels in three days and is a few bars from 70 now, so I've started messing around in Borean Tundra.
Having now officially watched the Thrall quest chain in Nagrand, I feel comfortable saying again that Horde is so much cooler than Alliance it's not even fair. (And that Garrosh is a tool and will never be a good Warchief, and everyone knows it.) (P.S.: Saurfang loves me.) So excited for Cataclysmmmm.
On the other hand, not playing a lot of FFXIII -- the linearity doesn't bother me, and I like it, but I think it's weighing on me when I consider playing it. Still early in chapter 11.
In Marina news, I'm really enjoying current events, and I think the new app system is totally working for me; I'm excited about incoming apps starting Sunday, less burnt out on new people and app review. We have another Sora reserve, which I have mixed feelings about, because Roxas is doing kind of better without one and I don't feel we really need more cast, but I'll talk to the player. Awesome can change my mind about anything. ♥
...but I suddenly find myself with an intense interest in Riku/Roxas that I've never had before. And now I want a Riku so bad. But I also don't think we need more cast. Aieee

cg_flashfic piece as per my assignment, which can only be described as gargantuan at over 4200 words, and I'm still not sure I like it as much as I wanted to. I think this can be remedied by writing... more of it.
