+ Oh goody. Another Bleach pairing comm. sdlkfjsdf my pet peeve.

At least it's not just for some totally fringe pairing this time. Still, what is with this fandom and its love of comms? Just make a X/Y is love banner like everyone else! It's the only fandom I'm in where every single crack ship anyone comes up with gets its own four-member single-post LJ community. I think Kira/Kiyone would be awesomesocks and totally work, but I'm cool with just thinking that, because I am not a sheep.

madfnorder is coming over to attempt to addict me to Persona 3 before I have to leave for the airport. Since everyone on the internets likes Persona 3, I suppose I'll give it a shot. I hear there's a Persona 4 due out in December for the PS2, so it's a good time to get interested!

+Although speaking of sheep, I have compulsively done some icon weeding and fished up 45 new icons that I will sift through and upload Wednesday, probably.

I love banners and other pretty things like, and I desperately want a banner, but I don't want a "Friends Only" banner. Friends Only just seems like... so much work. It means I have to friend everyone who friends me in order before I can know what they'll be like, and it means that unfriending people is an ordeal -- all these friends cuts and "if you don't want to be cut" and the like that everyone juggles... I can't be bothered with that stuff, I'm lazy.

What I want is that picture of Lenalee pinching Kanda's cheek, and it'd say, "Friend me if you think you can put up with me."

They make the communities because for some reason strange illogical pairings sometimes get over 9000 members. It is infact something that keeps me away from the general bleach fanfic communities because I go and look and it's a whole page of hitsu/ichigo and I sit there wtfing over when they have even spoken to each other about anything other than official business and "shut the hell up" D:

I have no idea why that pairing is so incredibly popular. I think that 99% of people who write that pairing are pretty much people who go, "Hitsugaya is so cute, I must find someone to pair him with! But I hate girls... I know! Ichigo! He's the main character and I like him!"

Anyway, every time I see a new Bleach pairing comm I sort of twitch. I guess Aizen/Orihime isn't as bad as the Szayel/Orihime community that popped up recently. It's not that I mind the pairings; on the contrary, both of those pairings are totally okay with me. But do they really each need a community? Why not post them on the Bleach het community, on the Bleach fanfic community, and on the Orihime fan community if you need moar xposting? Those communities will never have more than like, two posts a month.

P3's pretty awesome, yes. It takes a long time for the plot to really get going(I'm talking the 50-60 hour mark in a 70 hour game) and Aigis reeks way too much of being put in there just to appease a robot fanboy on staff.

However, the battle system is fun, there's great character development, the voicework is way up there in terms of quality, and the music is a really neat blend of rap, techno, and Shoji Meguro's typical style.

In short, it's a lot of fun. ^^-b

I heard the description "dating sim dungeon crawler," which I admit intrigues me. XD My first reaction on that plot warning is pretty much a lean towards "bad storytelling" but I guess I can't complain too much, since the real plot doesn't develop in my game until past the halfway point.

That's a pretty apt description, yes.

Really, the storytelling problem is something that all Shin Megami Tensei games have. Hell, the Digital Devil Saga series(a duology) doesn't reveal what the hell is actually going on until two hours into the second game.

Group 1: Renji, Sentarou, and Ganju, who at various times in the evening try to signal Kira and Hana with sign-cards with "manly advice" on them.

Group 2: Matsumoto and Hinamori, waiting to see if bunnysex or twu wuv blossom from either of the couples, respectively.

All breakable items and sensitive eardrums within a five mile radius are also evacuated.

You should make an "enemies welcome" banner. The thought of that amuses me sooooo...

Persona3 is fantastical. It starts a little rough in the beginning if you aren't familiar with that kind of gameplay, but once you get into the swing of things, it is ridiculously addicting. I love the hell out of that game. 8D

I'm interested, I think I'll wind up getting it. XD And Odin Sphere. It seems like fun times; I like that dating sim stuff, and the dungeon crawler stuff looked okay. Of course, I'm somewhat wary of the dungeon crawler component building up, since Jason just casually mentioned that what if he loses ten hours of dungeon-crawling because of a hard drive fail? and I was like, uh.

I like the idea of Ishida/Soi Fong (I really do). I shall now run off and make a community about it and it will be the bestest community evar! (or I could just stick to a general bleach community and post anything about my obscure pairing there) xD

Persona 3 is an awesome game. I think you'll dig it something fierce. A bit of a warning though: the game can be very unforgiving.

Ishida/Soifon can stay! Just plz don't make a comm for it sob. I promise,

bleach_het won't laugh at you if you post there without crossposting to a community where hypothetical other people may hypothetically like your pairing. That doesn't give it any more or less credibility than just... liking the pairing. XD People are stupid.

I don't have very many T_T

But late in the game, I managed to make that Pentagon-Fusion Hierophant Dais-whatever, and he can withstand light and darkness, do super healing, and has Samsara for maximum light molestering. I saved all my coins from the start of the game to boost his state too!

(But damn, hard mode is too hard. I'm stuck on Stasis Giants with their crazy slash skillz)
