Tears -- of joy?! The nomination speech!

To the 3+ people on my flist saying Obama made them or almost made them cry: Pics or it didn't happen. June says so.

Yeah so I missed the speech, sob, but now I desperately want to see it. When will I be able to find it online??? :( Help meh. I want to almost cry too.


Also: Dairy Queen ice cream cake, or Dairy Queen Blizzard cake? The world is full of tough choices.

The CNN version is a lot better quality, but the video had some issues on my computer. That may have been either because I was in a foreign country or because my computer is a dinosaur, though.

I didn't cry, but it was quite a good speech. If oratory skills chose the president, I don't think we'd need the election at all.

Also, that is a tough choice. D: I haven't tried a Blizzard cake but it's DQ. It can't go wrong. XD

Apparently the consensus was that it was very good. XD I'm excited. I desperately want him to be our next president.

I think we had a Blizzard cake last year for libekory's birthday, but -- I can't remember what flavor it was, or how it was. XD lol fail. But regular old ice cream cake is still mighty tasty. All I could ask for is some mint chocolate chip in it... Mmm.

I would've think the Democrats would put a stream on their site.

It made me wibble, and I'm not even American! And even if I realise that if Obama should choose between the benefit of USA+harming my country (where his stepdad hailed from) and the benefit of my country+harming USA, he'd probably choose the former! I like how he makes me want to care more about my country as a whole, and not just fending for myself and my family ("every man for himself").
