One of the best feelings in the world is when somebody gets fangirly over your characters. *heart*
I'm posting now because I saw someone today in the building who left a deep impression on me. He looked about early 20s, probably a study abroad student here, and he was dressed all in forest green -- a turtleneck and cargo pants. He looked very respectable and well-dressed. And on his hands he wore fingerless gloves, and around his wrists were spiked leather bands and jangly bracelets. His hair was very neat and blond, and he carried a backpack. He looked like the kind of guy you expect to see bald at 30.

I found this very impressive for some reason. I thought, now THAT is style.
I'm going to have to apply that impression now.
