Judgment call! A quiet rage

There are just some people in this world who are going to be assholes at no provocation, possibly without even knowing that they are being assholes. And the faster I learn to just think "What an asshole" and move on with my life instead of feeling resentment and irritation about being internet-disliked by a petty self-absorbed imbecile, the happier I'll be.

Seriously though, learning that some people are just going to be petty, self-absorbed idiots no matter what you do is the best thing I've done for my mental health. No matter how much time you spend trying to explain to someone, there's nothing you can do once they've decided that their 'right' to be an ass trumps over other people's right to not deal with assholes.
