For lunch, the staff lunch of whole wheat pasta and cheese, broccoli, an apple, and a roll. Mystery calories. I regret everything. Let's say 400 calories.
For dinner, egg salad sandwich that I made from scratch myself! /puffs up /500 calories?
Snacking included 200 calories of chocolate-covered fruit, and string beans.
I forgot to exercise today, I'll do it tomorrow. I'm sorry Val. ...Shit, I forgot to shower, too. I forgot to do everything. Stupid today.
