Ends justify the means, willing to sacrifice civilians to take down a bad guy, trying to be his own justice... But when he thought about why he'd really wanted Saleon dead, he realized it wasn't because of what Saleon had done to innocents, but the fact that Saleon had slipped out of his grasp. He'll be keeping that in mind, for when we find Saren.
