I was getting that impression. And, I mean, they're both plenty hot, so I'm not complaining, and you know I don't have a problem with fictional incest. But I find it weird that it didn't somehow get neutered in localization, like when they tried to pretend that the second gen characters in FE:A weren't doing anything questionable, like Lucina and Owain can be just "~companions~". I mean, do Corrin and Ryoma not have the same--

You know what, never mind. My feelings are deep and complex, and I need to play sibling supports before I decide how weird they are or aren't.

No, Ryoma and Corrin can get married-married, and then immediately have a baby that gets sent off to the babyrealm and comes back as an irritating teenager, because the mechanism allowing for second gen in this game is not seamless and also I hate like 90% of the kids.

Don't worry, all your questions will be answered. If you do a Ryoma or Takumi route, you'll get some clarity on the matter.
