I don't think people livestream Nintendo 3DS without equipment and expensive/obnoxious jury rigging, so, screw that, even if I wanted to. I will update this post throughout playing on my commentary etc.

Takumi wants a favor, and because he is royalty, Jakob will entertain his presence. You see, Takumi wants help with some training. Some....... special training. Secret special training. And Jakob seems like he can keep a secret.

JAKOB: It seems you have a misconception about me.
JAKOB: You should know I am very, very bad at keeping secrets. Even very small ones.
JAKOB: Granted, I will happily keep all of Lady Corrin's secrets until I die...
JAKOB: But that courtesy is not extended to anyone else.

That sentiment accurately sums up Jakob's entire life. But, hey, he's super honest about it, even to people he's being nice to! This is Jakob being nice, man.

Jakob also pretends to be just a simple butler with no special skill at combat, and Takumi is like, you know I've seen you fight, right? to which Jakob responds with, uh, for Lady Corrin, remember? Fair enough. Takumi is annoyed by what seems like an extremely dedicated effort to being useless, because that is what it is.

Jakob finds Takumi practicing his archery. Perhaps curiosity has overcome his desire to be useless to everyone, because he wants to know what exactly Takumi wanted help with anyway. Takumi is still irritated.

TAKUMI: You're not planning on hanging around all day, are you? You're distracting.
JAKOB: Actually, Lady Corrin asked me to help you with your training.
JAKOB: Since it was a direct request from her, I happily obey.

Ah, of course, silly me. He underlines that he refuses to do anything not directly related to the aforementioned training. So Takumi innocently asks him to go stand over there and put this apple on his head.

TAKUMI: You're helping with my archery training. This will help me practice discipline.
TAKUMI: While it's tempting to aim a little lower, I must fight that impulse and hit my target.
TAKUMI: You can refuse, of course, but I'll inform Corrin that you weren't helpful.

Uh-oh! The one down-side to insisting that only Corrin gets your effort is that other people can use that against you. Jakob reconsiders some of his life choices while Takumi aims...
