Kagero wants to talk to Kaze because "Your brother, Saizo," is an angry guy. It's a good thing she reminded him of their relationship or she might not have known what angry Saizo she was talking about. Kaze has no advice because he does not have insight into and/or much of a relationship with Saizo. For some reason, Kaze says he wants to talk to her more often, and then he doesn't know what he wants to talk about when she comes to talk to him again. Oh, honey. She admires Kaze's calm and Kaze tells her all his secrets because even though ninja aren't supposed to do that, he thinks she can help him compensate for his weaknesses. They talk about hobbies and then agree to talk more. 1/5? There wasn't even a story to this support?
