Ryoma sees Hana training intensely and comes to greet her, to her shock. She's extremely flustered to be talking to him, but he tells her he sees her practicing a lot and he just had to talk to her because he was impressed. Hana gets blushy and then RUNS AWAY on a flimsy excuse. She later seeks him out to apologize for being so abrupt, it's just that... she was intimidated by having someone whose combat skill she idolizes watch her train. Ryoma protests that he's not intimidating, and Hana's like, uh, yes, Sakura is always telling me how wonderful and flawless you are, and it's Ryoma's turn to be embarrassed. She envies Sakura for having a big brother like that, and Ryoma semi-offers to be Hana's big brother too, and she's awkward about it. Anyway, keep up the good work being Sakura's retainer and friend! 3/5


If you get their S scene, Ryoma interrupts Hana at her training again to talk to her. Hana is protecting Sakura, but Ryoma wants to protect Hana. BECAUSE OF LOVE. Hana confesses that her own reverence has gotten deeper and she was sure that she'd always have to hide those feelings, but... not anymore. Support: Samurai sweethearts.
