You wanna be cool, don't you?

Random Thought of the Day: They keep advertising commercials for really tasty food that's [not hideously un]healthy, and I keep thinking... I'm not going to buy your product, dude. If it tastes "so good you can't put it down" or that "you can't eat just one", then that's where I get in trouble, y'see? It's not that I eat one McDonald's hamburger and suddenly I'm 160lbs, it's that I ate three whole boxes of your goddamn Wheat Thins or whatever and now your health food has turned me into a blimp because wow it was so good! I just couldn't stop eating! It was so delicious. The ideal snack food would be something that you didn't actually want to eat. You've got the munchies and you wander into the kitchen and, blargh, guess I'll have one of those hideous low-fat high-protein calorie meal bars, the next thing you know you're feeling not hungry and in fact vaguely nauseous. You don't eat another bite!

Now that my attempts at thinking are out of the way, here's the RP update. I'm thrilled to have all you players volunteering; so here's the follow-through. The Victorian game will start accepting applications now, and will hopefully start in the first days of July, because the people who prefer the Victorian game are very enthusiastic about it. The EvilCorp game will be pushed back a bit and we'll run it later, once the Victorian game is settled and people will have an easier time trying two games at once.

Come hither, all ye players. Now's the time to get character-creating.
No, you don't need to register on the forum to do it if you have no intention of lingering there. Once your character has been accepted, I'll contact you personally to do the journal creation.

For extra special bonus points, you can write something about your character's discovery/re-discovery of the Geranium Society and post to [livejournal.com profile] non_plot, under the universe title "The Geranium Society". All the cool kids are doing it.
