So stressed out all of a sudden. So stressed out it's physically impossible for a single day to have caused it unless we're talking about major deaths. It must've been building up for a while, having nothing to do but a thousand worries and concerns and preoccupations, and today I just snapped.

I'm going to bed early, and I'm not going to cry or scream anymore.
