Also, JK Update

July 16 for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, apparently. The publishers seem to think it is indeed a little shorter than OotP. *glee*

Well, I'm already on chapter fifteen: the new DADA teacher is a raving bitch and I want to smite her. Although I have been outside, and the ice age is not entirely unreasonable.

I had JUST been talking with my flute teacher about wanting the next book to come out, and lo and behold, we get this notification. <3

Half-Blood Prince... even though I'm almost positive that refers to Voldemort... it sounds hot. Because... I'm weak for half-blood princes as long as they aren't evil crazy psychos.

I'm done now.

It's NOT Voldemort. <3 She's confirmed it. It's not Harry, it's not Voldemort, which means it's not Riddle. It's someone else. Another hint is that it was the original title of Chamber of Secrets.

So somebody with relevance to Chamber of Secrets is a half-blood prince, but not Harry/Voldemort/Riddle. My bet's on Godric Gryffindor.

Amazon is already taking pre-orders for 17.99. I, however, need to order it from the local media play so my friends and I can act like the geeks we are and wait in line the night of July 15th.
