[14:25] Kay: For the record, the Weyr has imported all of the MAJOR personnel -- for example, the steward/headmistress, a head chef probably, etc. But they're recruiting locals to fill most of their positions. The northern weyrs can't sacrifice that much personnel either, with Thread coming!
