Online is nice

Someone help me plz. ;_;

I need new shoes.
Ones that don't suck.
Ones that don't cost $90 for a piece of leather and straps.
Ones that fit human beings with huge honking feet like mine.
(I'm a 14 wide. Payless refuses to carry shoes that fit me. As far as they're concerned, women whose feet are larger than a 13 wide should be shot.)

Where do you guys go for nonsucky nonbankrupty shoes?

Land's End, at least online, only acknowledges women who are 11-wide or less.

Should I just order clown shoes. ;_;

Well, there's always zappos.com - they're a little more expensive, but at least you'd find shoes. (Or if you can find some half-decent looking men's shoes ... a lot of the lands' end ones are the same (their mocs, for example).
I am currently wearing shoes I stole from Chris because people want to believe that all women require tiny strappy sandals with heels on.

DSW, if you have one nearby.

They have some on shoebuy.com with free shipping, but they are kinda expensive.

♥ to your icon. I'll try to keep my eye out for shoes for you!

If it's sneakers, men's usually do the trick - if you think 14 is bad in the US, did you notice that in Japan the sizes stop at 25cm for women (like size 7.5 or 8)? -_-;;; I've had good luck with Sketchers men's shoes. If it's dress shoes, on the other hand.. you might just have to pay a lot of money, since you're talking about a very specialized market once you go past 11 or so, and they might have little reason to discount. I do love zappos.com though, or even look on Froogle, maybe. Sorry, that was basically no help. ^^;

*cuddles* That sucks. Okay, let's see. There is Lane Bryant's website. I can't really decipher how they doing their sizing. But it looks like they have a lot of width options. However, I'd still call them pretty expensive. Payless has a lot of size vareity in their brands. I've worn everything from 10 to 12, so maybe some of the 13s would work? (Of course that is probably what you are doing now. ^_^;;) If anything else occurs to me I'll give you a shout out.

Wish I could help you, but I'm on a shoe crusade of my own,... I need open-toed shoes so that I can wear skirts (cuz it gets HOT) but I need them with low heels (but still HAVE heels) and also be comfortable enough to be able to walk a brisk mile when needed.

If you're just wearing pants, go for boots.
