It turns out the renter's insurance expired in January, and the woman on the phone explained to me that they're being audited by their parent company, so I don't know if they have any leniency left to offer. As it turns out, I am not good at opening my mail. /still has some undelivered Christmas gift cards for relatives sitting in their envelopes on the table in front of her right now!

I'm not really good at being emotional. I'm listening to upbeat music and translating and feeling pretty chill right now, really? I'm kind of an alien that way. The only tears in my eyes at the moment are caused by allergies, and I've been struggling with it since I woke up. Why today did my body remember it was allergic to cats? More awesome universe timing.

But I still appreciate the sentiment, even if I'm just like. Carrying on as normal. /lies on
