I am the most sick. It's me.

I had to wake up to be sick every two hours like clockwork from 9pm to 9am. It may or may not have stopped now.

Best thing in the world: Come to a family member's funeral, have to deal with surviving family member's bullshit, catch deathly ill with a stomach virus from them.

I might be okay now. But I hate everyone.

It turns out that I am not, in fact, okay. I'm barely capable of sitting up without feeling incredibly ill and my attempt to eat something ended tragically after two bites crippled me for an hour.

I know that if my grandmother and aunt's pattern holds true it'll probably be over by tomorrow but it's horrible. /burrows

ugh ugh ughhhhh I hate that feeling. You have all my sympathy, unhelpful though it is.

Sounds like you should hold off on food for now... maybe sipping water/Gatorade every 15-20 minutes if you can stand it? Sometimes ginger ale too might help. Pardon the unsolicited advice but I've been where you are and I just want you to be okay as soon as possible. /fusses over

No, I appreciate it. I only ate because after I successfully avoided violently throwing up for a few hours I thought I would feel better if I did eat -- like I could just feel water and apple juice sloshing around in my stomach, and I thought, maybe some bread...

But no! The bread made it so much worse. ;;;

I have a bit of water now and I'm nursing it very slowly. My grandmother and aunt were both badly dehydrated after their bouts. I wish I had ginger ale... /pines
