YEAH IDK beyond guessing/ tiny headcanony stuff that Luke is the first person she's actually closely spoken to since Legretta; not superiors giving orders, not Oracle Knight #1646 reporting to her, etc. So there's the still not entirely social adept part, and there's her questioning of how she should act, since Luke's not military. She should be more honest and compassionate/gentle, right??? Oh, but she still has to be mature and professional since apparently she's the only one with a fucking clue here.

I'm not fond of first part!Tear :( Funny how her and Luke switched places by mid-game...

Those are good thoughts. :|a I will try to keep her social incompetence in mind, and look for more consistency after she gets more comfortable with... humans. It's not represented a lot in the gameplay, if only because 80% of the party are people with whom she isn't social: she's military. Her crisp professional interaction with Jade doesn't represent her ability to interact with ordinary people, and it doesn't reflect the way she talks to, say, the random NPCs while asking for directions.
