In which I am angry about being sick, and suck at life

Okay, body. I am through with this being sick business. This is twice in three weeks, it's been several days of sore throat, and I've had it with just waiting to feel better. I am going to take all of the drugs. All of them! No more postnasal drip! I will postnasal your face.

...Body!... Yeah, maybe I should've thought that out better.

Whatever! I will take my drugs and feel better! Do you hear me?! I refuse to sit here feeling bad and listless and then more bad about being listless!

--Oh! Oh, my congestion is starting to break up already. It's workinggggg.

...I should've done this a while ago instead of sticking it out, I guess.

I know, dude. I'm normally pretty healthy and can go years without more than a stomachache. It's probably all this stress and depression I've been under weakening my immune system... but arghh it's frustrating.

Also, what issues? Everyone's perfectly sane and normal here.

It's not what I imagine when I think of "cold", but yeah. That and being unable to speak and tired and unfocused are my major symptoms. I'm sure it's no big deal but ughhh I've been feeling it since Tuesday make it stoooop.

Seriously, I get two head colds a year, and each time I totally drown myself in vapor rub and cough drops.

I am very much the "sit around and hope it goes away" type. It's probably my deep-seated, inherent laziness. This is also why I haven't been to a doctor in...... six years. Left to my own devices I go "Eh, I'm healthy enough for government work" (haw haw) and ignore it.

Show your immune system who's boss! Sorry you've been so sickly lately. :( That is always killer on motivation. Take lots of drugs, drink lots of water and good things, and feel better soon!
