Meanwhile, I have been having the random want to replace all my icons with The World Ends With You character poses. Like, FUCK YOU, YURI AND SIF AND DINOSAUR ICONS. I NEED TWENTY ICONS OF SHIKI MAKING FLIPPY HAND GESTURES.

We read something that more or less asserts that in ME2 her character development comes to a halt unless you're romancing her, so I wanted to be sure that her ME3 character arc wasn't dependent on that, you know?

Yeah, in ME2 that's true. You get additional development for her if you romance her. In 3 her character development occurs irregardless of your personal relationship with her.
