Mass Effect liveplay (complete)

Spent two hours wrestling with my taxes, gave up. I'll have to go to H&R Block next weekend and pay them to take this mess off my hands. Also spent some time looking at apartments/houses?? but it was not fruitful.

Meanwhile, I have been having the random want to replace all my icons with The World Ends With You character poses. Like, FUCK YOU, YURI AND SIF AND DINOSAUR ICONS. I NEED TWENTY ICONS OF SHIKI MAKING FLIPPY HAND GESTURES.

Personally I was kinda disappointed with Omega. Aside from the female turian, it's just a straight forward action fest. That being said, if you do get it, then I recommend the rest of them as well.

From Ashes gives you a playable character that should've been in the game anyway. Gives great insight on the Prothean empire, and adds a lot to the Thessia mission (if you bring him along, which I obviously recommend doing) later in the game.

Leviathan is my personal favorite. Dark, plot twisty affair that totally explains the reaper backstory.

Extended Cut makes the ending not terrible. Must have there.

Citadel is a non-stop laugh riot from beginning to end. Everything about the series they could make fun of, they do. Other than that, Wrex joins your playable party again, and at the end you get a meaningfull goodbye to the cast.

I'm curious about the "if you do get it, then I recommend the rest of them as well". Does the Omega one make the others better, or is this just a way of saying, "Well, you should get everything except for maybe that, but since you're getting it...!"

Anyway we're getting them all. :D

Wait until you're close to the end to play Citadel, if you can. Seriously, it makes it more meaningful.

Yeah, I'd like to do it as close to the end as possible. I've already done From Ashes, obviously. I think I'll end up doing Omega -> Leviathan -> Citadel as late as I can.
