Me: Hello, I'm here because of my crippling shoulder pain.
Them: Okay. Do you want a flu shot while you're here?
Me: Yes please.
Them: This is going to feel like someone punched you in the arm.
Me: It already does.

And that's the story of how I spent like 90 minutes today driving one-handed! I also now have a bunch of steroids to take to hopefully cure myself of crippling shoulder pain.

I can't play video games with one T-rex arm. My life is hard.

I also can't really type, but I wanted to share.

Steroids will make you feel better. Steroids are mh daily bread. Steroids will let you play games again.

Thank you, m'dear. It really does suck! I felt like it's a little bit better if I don't actually attempt to put the weight on the joint/muscle there when I move, so I spent a lot of today very gingerly using my right hand to maneuver my left arm, like I was half person, half clothing store mannequin.

Right now thanks to the flu shot the whole arm just sort of hurts all the time, and all movement is agony, so I'm just sort of... doing the T-rex. I need a sling!

Tomorrow I get to take seven steroid pills so I'd better be doing cartwheels. It must be horrible to live like this all the time, my thing has only flared up like twice so far and it's already awful.
